By using the Melbourne website or any of our services, including online ordering, reservations and event bookings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking policy
Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. Late arrivals beyond that window may be reassigned depending on availability. No-shows may affect future booking priority.
Online orders
Orders are confirmed subject to menu availability and kitchen capacity. Melbourne reserves the right to contact you to substitute an unavailable item or cancel an order at no charge.
Payment & refunds
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Online payments are processed securely via Paystack or Flutterwave. Refund requests for cancelled or incorrect orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
Event access
VIP and event night access may require advance booking. Event schedules, entry requirements and pricing are subject to change. Melbourne will communicate any significant changes in advance.
Rewards programme
Loyalty points are earned on completed paid orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Melbourne reserves the right to modify or terminate the programme with reasonable notice.
Guest conduct
Melbourne is a premium environment. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a manner that disrupts the comfort of other guests.
